One Sided mattresses are not able to be flipped for longevity, but they can be spun to help them wear more evenly.
Why might you choose a two-sided mattress over a one-sided mattress? The main benefit is longevity. Being able to spin & flip your mattress will help wear the foams more evenly for a longer lifespan.

Alters cover is a soft, very breathable & durable fabric that will allow great airflow for cooler sleep.
Alter has 1.5" of luxurious quilting foam that adds an amazing plush, cloud like feel, while using foams that do not trap heat.
1.5" Alter Air Foam. Pressure relief foam with convoluted air channels. This layer provides pressure relief & allows for excellent airflow.
1" Support Foam. This layer provides additional deep support for those aching backs.
8" Quantum Coil Unit. These independent pocketed coils provide support and airflow for the mattress. This type of coil has much less motion transfer so you will have less motion disturbance when your partner adjusts positions or gets in or out of bed.
.5" Base Foam. This layer provides a nice base for the mattress to be used on any surface. Slats, boxsprings, adjustable bases or the floor.
Durable side fabric will ensure your mattress looks great and survives any move you may put the mattress through.
